I am super happy and honoured to present to you another series of London Gifties original washi tapes, made in collaboration with the wonderful Petra, an artist from Croatia, known on Instagram as @mnemekix.

The sticky masking tapes are made from Petra's original illustrations and drawings!

This summer I finally allowed myself to be completely playful and carefree with my watercolours. It was such a liberating experience! I found myself in moments of pure joy and letting the brush do its thing, simply enjoying the process and the flow of water and pigment. The pieces of coloured paper that were created during this time have inspired myself and Kristine to produce these washi tapes - a colour explosion, a series of simple brush marks on paper, texture and flow sealed in time. I hope they translate the feelings of happiness I experienced while painting them because that's what I envisioned them to be - happy, bright tapes you can use is so many ways to bring light, joy and colour to your pages. ''

I use mine in my Midori TN inserts & Hobonichi, and they make for a great addition to the spreads and it is fun sharing it with happy mails to your pen pals and other stationery enthusiasts.
