Delivery Information

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 1st Class (within the UK) and standard international shipping outside the UK by default. 

Tracked shipping upgrade (this also insures your order!) is available for both UK and overseas. Also, UPS courier delivery is available (please make sure you provide your phone number if choosing this option) - for extra swift and safe delivery. 


Import tax charged by the customer's country is the responsibility of the customer and depends on your local authorities.


We would like to make you aware that requesting a false amount declaration is fraudulent and our business does not engage in fraudulent behavior. For the protection of the customer and our shop, we declare what's right. 


An email is sent out once your order is shipped and please rest assured all orders are shipped 7-10 working days after payment being received.

London Gifties has fixed priced shipping - so no matter how much you order, the shipping is a flat fee, no minimum or maximum! 


You can also combine many orders - place them on hold, up to 2kg in weight, please simply inquire for more details! 


Please only provide your address in English (Latin characters), otherwise we are not able to post the parcel for you!


Prices might change depending on the current rates set by Royal Mail. 

Sometimes, for extra large orders, I offer a complimentary upgrade to courier shipping, at my discretion. :)


Brexit shipping updates - at this time, there is no confirmed information about it affecting any outgoing mail. I have been shipping worldwide (outside Europe) for a couple of years and always mark the parcels accordingly. It is always a possibility for your local postal service to charge the customer import tax. Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any tax raised, in case it does happen. For more details please contact your local postal authority for more information. 

In case a tracked parcel is lost in the mail, unfortunately, we cannot take any responsibility for that and are not able to refund the parcel in case there are any issues that have occurred once the parcel has left our shop warehouse. 

A parcel is considered lost after 30 working days of dispatch - I apologize, but there is nothing we can do, once the parcel picked, packed and shipped from the stockroom! Please contact your local post office or postal authorities to resolve it with them. 

If the tracked parcel has been marked as delivered by the mail service, but you haven’t received it we recommend you contact your local post office and request further information regarding this issue as we are unfortunately able to help. 

If you have not purchased tracked shipping, and your parcel is lost (the parcel is considered lost after 30 working days of dispatch) - there is no application for refund possible, as per Royal Mail terms.  

If you have received your order and things are not as they should be, all order issues should be reported as the parcels are received and within 7 working days maximum. Please provide photographic proof to help us resolve your issue as smoothly as possible. 

If your order has been returned to us, we can either refund you the total order cost (excluding shipping cost paid) or resend it to you if you would like to cover the shipping costs.

If you would like a refund, please note all products need to be returned to the sender within 14 days of receiving the items in their original packaging and state (new and unopened). After the products are received, the team will inspect it and offer you a refund for the undamaged, unopened products in full. You are responsible for the return shipping. 

For any specific import tax threshold information, please contact your local postal authority. All import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
